Every product is designed to provide reliable everyday performance. Our limited warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects that occur during normal use.
Warranty period
Your product is covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What is covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
If an eligible issue is confirmed, we may repair the product, replace the affected product, or provide another appropriate resolution.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper installation, liquid damage, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
Damage caused by using incompatible accessories or power equipment may also be excluded.
Making a warranty claim
Contact our support team with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested to help us understand the problem.
If the issue qualifies for warranty service, we will provide the next steps.
Proof of purchase
A valid order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty coverage.
Warranty service
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is subject to applicable local consumer protection laws. This warranty does not limit any rights you may have under those laws.
